A.   To obtain permits metrology Checker - Interested individuals must apply for the examination for authorization through an application, indicating the position of LO, code and the name of LT, provided the list of charges for work performed by the Romanian Legal Metrology LT - 2004, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 208/10.03.2004 for the sorts / subsortimentele means of measuring who want authorization. The request is aimed at Regional Directorate of Legal Metrology / Service Councils of Legal Metrology.
     The requirements that must satisfy individuals to obtain authorization to check metrology, are provided in the instructions of Legal Metrology IML 5-05, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 46/18.01.2006.
     General information are displayed at the premises of the Regional Directorate of Legal Metrology and Services County of Legal Metrology.

B.   To obtain permits laboratory - legal persons must seek authorization for the purpose of evaluating the laboratory of metrology through an official letter with specificareapozitiei of LO, code and the name of LT, provided the list of charges for work performed by the Roman Legal Metrology LT - 2004 published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 208/10.03.2004 for the sorts / subsortimentele means of measuring who want authorization. The request is aimed at Regional Directorate of Legal Metrology Service / County Legal Metrology in radius / which are registered.
     The requirements that must satisfy metrology laboratories, for authorization, are provided in the instructions of Legal Metrology IML 5-05, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 46/18.01.2006.

IMPORTANT

     The standard reference which creates a presumption of conformity to demonstrate the implementation and maintain a quality system is standard EN ISO / IEC 17025:2001.
     Reference mentioned was replaced with standard EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005, which is the Romanian version of a European standard EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005.
     The date from which the Romanian Legal Metrology will use the standard EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005 as the standard reference which creates a presumption of conformity to demonstrate the implementation and maintain a quality system is 12.05.2007.
     Up to this date, of metrological laboratories authorized by BRML must implement the requirements of EN ISO / IEC 17025:2005, so that after the conclusion of the transition period, they can be assessed in accordance with the new standard.
